Great Place! Great Food! But too loud I went to Mastros a few days ago for a date. I was hoping to have a good meal while showing my date a great time. I got there a bit earlier than my reservation so we could check out the bar and upstairs.... get a rich date for this ride they got good appetizers. order them all. i kinda did that. i love the scallops, shoe string fries, shrimp cocktails, lobster tail, the salads, the desserts. i didnt bother ordering any steak although i heard its really good here because itll make me full fast. the setting is nice, romantic, but the tables are very close to one another.
Great Salmon I went to party thinking WOW what a place the food probably is not going to be good.The food was great to my surpise. The service was terrific and the ambience of the whole place was truly a great experience. All the sides were delicious and the Salmon was wonderful.
Perfect for Steak/Date Night If you are looking for a great swanky place to take a date or a fun joint to have steak night out with the boys then Mastro's Steakhouse is the place for you. The food is decadent and delicious. Big juicy cuts of beef and side dishes that absolutely kill. The twice-baked potato is the way to go. Beware of the seafood tower as it is fun to look at but not worth the price.
A Steak Orgy... Mastro's is the steak place to take someone to in LA. Don't tell me about Ruth's Chris - even if the steak is good everything else is subpar food and even subber par atmosphere. Forget about Lincoln - it's one of the chilliest doors I've experienced in a town full of chilly doors. I've been to almost every steak joint in this town and Mastro's is really something special.
