Not my first time at Mastro's. Was here last night for a professional dinner lecture for 70 people. I had better steak at another fine steakhouse. As usual they provided us with enough waiters to serve us but when I asked one of them to kindly take a picture of our group he couldn't be bothered.
The food was good but not great, our service was mediocre and we were rushed through the meal...it was an anniversary dinner and we have had better experiences with other steak houses. With so many options I don't believe I will be going back here
My husband and I came here for our 20th anniversary. Everything was perfect! Our server went out of her way to make it special, with a champagne toast and a beautifully plated dessert. The food was amazing, of course. The manager even stopped by to wish us well! They made us feel very special that night and we will definitely be back soon!! I need that Chef's Cut Ribeye again!
