Great Steakhouse – I love Mastro's, it is all about the experience. The food is amazing and the service is amazing. The waiter will help you pair the perfect wine with the perfect steak. Oh and don't forget the desserts they are out of this world! ;-)
YUM! Best Steak of my life – Great place!! Staff treats you like royalty. No complaints at all! It is expensive but that's standard for the classiest of restaurants. The bathroom attendant is not needed! It's awkward. I'm already forking over $200+ for dinner, do I need to pay more for a high schooler to turn on my water and hand me a towel?

Totally not worth it – Thought that we would try this restaurant and we were massively disappointed by the horrible service. I am so surprised that for a restaurant that is supposed to be so classy (and that charges such exorbitant prices), would fail to train their staff in what good service should be. Amazing steaks – I'm a huge "RUTH'S CHRIS" guy so I always seem to get suggestions for steak houses that are "BETTER THAN RUTH'S CHRIS". We'll we gave this place a shot with some good friends who are also of the same ilk. Evening started off great... amazing shrimp appetizer and the salad was Aces. The steak? Not so great. Good steak, but LOUD – The atmosphere and food is really good. I started with a seafood tower, and ended with a great steak, really good. The music was fun. It was a bit LOUD in the restaurant, making it difficult for a romantic dinner for two, but maybe this isn't the place for that? Otherwise, it's good.
A Symphony of Errors – Dinner was a symphony of errors. Not for want of service or flavor but management. If a restaurant chooses to datestamp its menu like an entry in a server log, it should take care to make the date current.
