Everyone was so welcoming and helpful at Mastria VW. I am grateful for our experience and the customer service, and 5 stars for our sales rep Derek Welch. Derek was knowledgeable, efficient and kept the whole process stress free. I especially liked how there was no pushy feeling that we HADD to buy a car. I would also like to give a big thanks to the finance manager Mike who kept what is typically the most stressful process far from that. I would highly recommend Mastria and will go back when it’s time for another car!
I was absolutely blown away by Derek’s service at Mastria. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and extremely understanding. He went above and beyond to help me get this car in a timely manner. I have dealt with a lot of car salesman in my lifetime and have bought a lot of cars and I can easily say Derek has been the best by far! I will definitely be referring my family and friends to him and Mastria. Everyone was so wonderful and the process was incredibly smooth!

My husband Scott and I just had the pleasure of working with Greg Wasden today. We were in the market for a certified pre owned VW and told him so. He was very respectful and didn’t try to steer us in another direction at all. We ended up buying a used vehicle from him today. We were treated fairly, with expedience and intelligence. Great experience for me since I have not purchased a new car in 12 years. I worked with Derek Welch & Danny Cabral who were extremely helpful and no high pressure sales. They helped me select the correct car for me and my family. Lets start off by saying not a big fan of dealerships,but will say at Mastria VW dealing with sales person Danny was a great experience no bull he was up front with all questions did not try to sell you something you didn't want.I recommend if you go to Mastria VW ask for Danny. I did purchase a VW Atlis. Great car! Danny did follow up a couple of times which I thought was great. The price was better than the four other dealership I called in the area. Again VW Mastria ask for Danny.
The sales representative are very knowledgeable and will to help you find the vehicle that suits your needs and price tag. I will recommend to my friends and family to shop there.
