I recently purchased a used car from Mastria Volkswagen. I live in NH and was not familiar with the dealership at all. I was pleasantly surprised by how relaxed my salesman, Derek, was. I was able to relax for a few minutes after the long drive as the car was prepared and I was able to take a nice long test drive to make sure the car was the one I wanted.
