I went to five different dealerships this month and Mastria Nissan was by far the best. Specifically because of our product specialist (salesperson) Jon Cabral. I took my Nissan Titan XD (Diesel) in for a simple oil change. Before I took it in, I topped up my Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) just before I took it in to see if they would charge me for topping up my DEF - yes, they did! Even though my DEF was full, Mastria Nissan charged me almost $25 for the service. In my opinion, that’s gauging and ripping off the customer.

My lease was up on my suv, I came in and Jon was very friendly and helpful, he gave me all the information I needed. He got me into a new 2020 Rogue Sport that I absolutely love. The entire team at Mastria is very efficient. I highly recommend them! 😊
