Awful practice which is clearly just a pill mill and cash grab. The amount of hidden fees this place has is insane. $75 to reschedule, $25 no-show, $150 extra if the appointment lasts over 15 minutes. Clear example of an MD renting out his license to PA's to see 3x the number of patients regularly, as you never even get to see the MD. There is no care for the patient here, and they are really just after your money. ABSOLUTELY AVOID.
If you do any kind of research on your own do NOT see Dr. Masters. He sees himself as a professional that is not to be questioned and becomes intimitated and very rude if you do any research on your own . I was going through severe withdrawel from a controlled substance and there was no empathy or compassion and did not beleive me when I told him what was happening . My review seemingly was deleted by google. I have been a patient of Dr. Mastors for years and I have nothing but positive things to say about him. He’s an expert in his field and he takes extensive notes every appointment. He has always treated me with respect and always makes me laugh. He’s professional, ethical, reasonable and always listens and adjusts medication if necessary.
