I had a very disappointing experience with Matson Plumbing and would strongly recommend getting multiple opinions before hiring them. I initially hired them to address a sewer backup and was quoted around $4,500. After excavation began and my sewer line was cut—leaving my system unusable—I was informed the repair would cost an additional $6,000. At that point, I felt I had no reasonable choice but to proceed. I had the pleasure of meeting Cale and his wife Brittany from Mastons Plumbing. They do such a great job, take HUGE pride in their work, and really care about the people they service. Some companies claim to treat customers like family, well, I can say this is honestly true for Mastons Plumbing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Our tech Connor came out to our house which was built in 1949. He is very polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this business to anyone with plumbing needs.
