Maston’s did some major drain work for me in June and did an awesome job. Konner spearheaded the project and is the nicest, most respectful man. Came back to regrade the dirt because we’d had so much rain. They want you to be happy. Brandi made sure I was taken care of and got timely appointments. It’s always nice to talk to receptionists that actually know about the business. Everyone I’ve spoken to at the company has been nothing but wonderful.
100/10 recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing done. Very thorough, great pricing, and they don’t just give you a quote. They gave us 4 different options to choose from for our plumbing needs. This company gives the customer the ability to choose a plan that fits their budget.
Andrew was the tech that came out, and I just wanna say...you have a TRUE professional there. He is probably one of the nicest guys I've ever met. And Im almost 60yrs old. Very knowledgeable, too!!!
I only leave honest reviews. Despite the Company had a rough patch and had to reschedule, when the technician came out on the next scheduled time, couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Me having a broken leg, the technician, Connor, did not ask me to come back there with my walker, he took a picture of what he saw and brought it to me. To me that’s great Customer Service.
