Could not fix oven after 6 trips to my house. Delivered new warranty replacement and (against orders of home warranty company) left old oven and boxes on my front patio, then refused to come dispose of them. Lots of bad reviews for these guys, so I don’t expect any make-rights. Avoid if possible.

If I could give this company a 0 I would. I asked for my refrigerator to be fixed and they sent a technician to my house. He said he would call the next day because he needed to order parts, never heard back. So I called today and they told me, my refrigerator won't get fixed because they can't find the part. To top it all off, they are refusing to give me back my deposit, that was required.

I called the company for the repair of my downdraft exhaust fan as it was not working. I was told there is a trip charge which will go towards the repair. we ordered our own part and I talked to the manager Oleg that parts are on back order and I will call once the parts are here. When I received the part and called the company I was told that trip charge will not go towards the repair because now manager Marina decided that way. Customer service was very polite and scheduled me for same day repair. Price for repair was lowest I have ever seen. Thanks to Mastertex I had very quick and professional washer and dryer repair!
