Bob Masters and his family take customer service to a new level. An example: Today Adam came for a scheduled service call. He treated the outside then addressed the interior. When finished he told me that he noticed the rear gate leading to our fenced in back yard had closure issues and being concerned for my dogs safety he corrected the issue and placed a stronger closure on it.
