Unethical business practices. If your website does not say the person owes a late fee when they pay , you don't charge them a late fee after the fact. That is just bad business. Your website should be updated with the amount due. You don't have someone pay one price on your website and charge a late fee by mail after they paid the amount due on your website. And to insist they pay that late fee even though that someone has been a good customer for over a decade? That is not right.
We just recently used Masters Pest Control for the first time and would highly recommend them! They were very kind and professional and willing to work with my scheduling issues. I would certainly use them again!

Masters Pest Control was recommended to us by the previous owners of a seasonal lake house that we purchased in 2013, and we have been using them since ,also for our permanent residence too. Masters Pest Control is wonderful! They spray our yard for bees and are always willing to help with any outdoor animal situation. They have friendly technicians who are very knowledgeable. Everyone there is fantastic - from the phone call to make the appointment to the service received. They are local! We run into them at the mall from time to time and they remember us and stop to chat. Can't say enough about them! They are the best!
We have been using Masters pest control at our current location for almost 6 years now. Previous to this location I used them at my home until I moved. We use Masters for quarterly service which is that they come every 90 days and treat the home. This service comes with a warranty and is a great value.
