This is a well deserved 5 star rating. What a company to do business with, the kind you hope it would be. First off, beautiful roof, but it got that way because of the people, at Masters Roofing. Ed Hill was our consultant, super guy, took all the time in the world to explain every detail. He even came out about 3 times during the installation and sent photos of the progress. Master’s Roofing did a great job on my roof replacement. I got several quotes before deciding to go with Master’s Roofing. Bill was very knowledgeable and took the time to come to my home several times. He explained everything very well, was there for my insurance claim, and got me a great price. The roof looks great, wood was replaced and I got several additional features added with the plan I chose.
From our first contact with Ed Hill, Sr. Consultant at Masters Roofing, to the completion of our roof replacement project yesterday, we’ve been delighted! Ed kept us advised of the status every step of the way and texted photos of their progress. Masters Roofing of Memphis recently completed a full roof completion on my house. I highly recommend Masters. Jeff P was amazing to help me with all the details and insurance information. Chad and his crew were great with getting the job done in one day and the clean up was great. They took care not to damage anything from house to the flower beds.
