Ed Hill came out a day after I left a message for needing Someone to Inspect what look like a trouble spot on the roof. He was thorough and explained options before even trying to make a sale. When it became apparent That The leak was active, Ed and Tony came back out and explained what needed to be done To repair the leak Ed kept me informed as To when Tony would return to complete the job. Masters just wrapped up a pretty intensive project on my home that included replacing siding and then painting the whole house. Honesty, transparency, and attention to detail are only just a few words to describe Masters and their process. I did not enjoy spending money on a new roof, but I did enjoy working with Ed Hill and Master's Roofing. This was not an insurance job, just old shingles that needed replacing before they started to leak. Ed walked me through all the options to make the best decision for what I needed. Where other roofers wanted 50% or more money up front, Masters did not require any money upfront and billed me at the completion of the work.
