Stay away from Broker James Kwon. His communication and writing skills are atrocious unless you are Korean. His understanding and knowledge regarding the laundromat/dry cleaning industry he represents is awful. He lacks focus, attention to detail and does not follow the industry standards when it comes to the over all process no matter how simple it might be. I'm surprised there are not more bad reviews regarding his conduct as a Broker. If I could give zero starts I would.
