Came home to a 56° house with frigid temps on the way. Masters Brothers came out within 2 hours of the call and had us up and running within the hour. They have always been so pleasant and helpful. Thanks for keeping us up and running!!

Todd Herbert did our maintenance, cleaned our ducts and installed our new humidifier. He was extremely personable, detail oriented and neat. He was focused on doing the job right. He explained the instructions clearly on the new humidifier before he left. Even the dog thought he was awesome!
We loved our experience with masters bros. Kris Walker was eager to help fix our AC on a hot day! He was very kind and helpful through the whole experience. They will forever be our "guys" when we have a future problem.
I am very pleased with Masters Brothers service! I've have a PMA for about 5 years & they are always punctual for the spring & fall checkups. This week my air conditioner quit working. Kris Walker called to ask if he could arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment time. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He was professional & knowledgeable.

A little storm damage at my rental property today. The day started out bad but ended up great when Masters Bros responded to my call promptly and got it done in under an hour... That was after calling 3 guys I usually use who couldn't get to it today. Thank heavens they happened to be working on the house next door and handed their card to my tenants. BEST OF ALL... none of the kids in the house were hurt!!!!! Save yourself the trouble and call Masters Bros. @ 309-661-0400!!!
