Recently had a great experience with Masters Brothers! They arrived early for the scheduled install, and everything went great. The thermostat they installed stopped working a few days later, but they came right back out and changed it out and made sure everything was still running as it should. We will definitely recommend them to anyone, and everyone!

When the fan in our furnace went out at our office, Kris was there immediately to diagnose the problem and gave a variety of solutions (and prices). Never did we feel pressured to get the most expensive option, and he and Nathan even came in on a Saturday to get our furnace replaced so we could get back to work. I highly recommend Masters Brothers for any and all HVAC work!
My air conditioner went out on the hottest week of the year so far. Masters Bros were able to fit me in to a cancellation so I didn't have to wait as long to get it looked at. We recently relocated to the Bloomington area from two hours away, and did not know much about our new community. Our new home had a 19-year-old furnace; air conditioner and humidifier that we had Masters Brothers replace upon moving in. We had the ductwork cleaned the day prior to installation. We could not have been happier with their service! Everyone was very courteous, prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about their trade.
