Shame on Masterpiece tile and Marble: they prey on the elderly; don’t do proper nstallations; and ignore customers requests to have things fixed when installations don’t work properly. Masterpiece did a complete and expensive bathroom installation of my elderly parents bathroom almost a year ago and the shower has leaked from the day it was installed. After repeated requests to fix and an occasional visit by Valentino, nothing has been done. Obviously Materpiece is an unethical company and one has to assume the work required... read more

Thank you for your review, although we have fixed all the issue with the shower door, Mr Parower thinks that a shower door is waterproof tight. I was there personally and the shower door was working fine. We are not prey on elderly, Mr Andrew Parower statement is a little too strong, since the door was installed is been used for over a year now and payment was never received for the entire door and installation. Mr Parower is using the excuse of few drops of water (LITERALLY) for not paying his bills. We have been in busines... read more
