Est ce que l'un de vous sais comment décrocher à un téléphone ? J'ai jamais vu une agence avec un service à la clientèle aussi médiocre. Ça fait deux jours que j'appelle sans cesse et que je laisse des messages vocaux limite je vous harcèle, aucun retour. Comme si ça ne suffisait pas je reçois ce matin un mail comme quoi j'ai une dette de 1720$ alors que c'est complètement faux, mon loyer je le paie toujours avant le 1er du mois. Comment vous faites pour vous mélanger autant même ? C'est quoi cette histoire.
wrost experience ever callling to the adminstration since Monday morning no reply send emails messages everything . Our fridge is not working since we came in the building from May 29 till now no response on calls and emails . Not even provide a copy of lease and deduct rent 2 time for the first month . Really don't know what to do . such a bad administration i ever saw.
