Horrible experience. Figured out half the clues (which isnt easy) but couldn't progress because the locks are confusing. The purpose is to figure out clues and move forward but the locks are so confusing and malfunctioned so we spent 20mins trying to open it after figuring out the combination. Challenging is fun, impossible is NOT! It shouldn't be so hard that you cant succeed. Me and my boyfriend were alone. My wife, son and I went to Mastermind on Thursday afternoon to check it out. My son had been there before so he recommended it. We tried the Sorcerer escape room and finished with 1min 40 seconds left! LOL. Great fun! We like it so much, we went back the next day and did the Bank Heist. We finished that with 10 mins to spare! I highly recommend this place! What a great experience and the staff is awesome!
It was our first time going to an escape game. We had a blast! Now that we know what it’s about we will try again. My boy was a little scared at first, but later on he was the one that basically did the whole thing. And he is ready to go another time. Thanks for the experience!!
