The staff are well informed of their policies and safety instructions, and I felt like they really loved what they were about. The break room was amazing and so cathartic, and Grace did a great job at making sure we had what we needed to have a great experience. Mastermind Escape Rooms on Glenridge is fabulous. They have 6 different escape rooms for various levels (easy to hard). It is a wonderful team event experience, kid-friendly and also would be fun for families. Holidays are upon us families visit what a way to spend an hour as a group. Like challenges and puzzles and solving clues, this is very cool. Highly recommend it.
A lot of fun, friendly helpful staff. Challenging rooms. But promoted good teamwork.
