They did their job well. My complaint is being billed for work I did not ask for or receive. I signed a contract for 4 treatments in a year's time. I got them and paid for them. Now they say that the contract continues if I don't notify them. They didn't tell me that. I feel it is dishonest for them to make me pay the service fee for something I didn't want or get. They feel they can bill me for getting nothing. I agree with the reviews below. Dishonest company.

On 8/21/17 this customer contracted us for quarterly service and signed an agreement for 5 quarterly treatments. The second sentence of that agreement states that after the initial agreement period, service will continue to be rendered until we are provided 30 days written notice of cancellation. This is because we do our routing about a month in advance, and most of our customers do elect to continue service past the initial agreement period. This company uses deceptive business practices to trap you in a perpetual contract. I was under the impression that I'd signed up for a specific time frame and was surprised to find out that they continued the contract beyond the original term. They gave me two days notice for a treatment that I wasn't expecting and then insisted I had to pay for a treatment I didn't want and cancelled because I hadn't given them 30 days notice.
The company traps consumers in a perpetual contract and provides minimal services quarterly. They canvased our neighborhood for sign-ups door to door originally. Our mice issue was still existing 4 months after initial visit when they called to schedule a "paid" quarterly visit. They refused to cancel the contract. They have yet to come up with a plan to control the mice, yet still require payment. When I called to adjust services (none needed in winter and didn't want unnecessary spraying for non-existent problems), it was more expensive to reduce frequency of visits or have service "as needed". We require cancellation in writing so we have a hard copy to put in your file. We have found that it is easier for all parties involved if there is something on file that we can reference just in case a mistake is made. The reason semi-annual or one-time services are more expensive has to do with the fact that there is simply going to be more problems and more work to be done each visit if we are only coming out once every 6 months or once a year. Do not use this company. I did use their service for the extent of my service agreement which was until July of this year 2016. I got an email stating they were going to do another treatment in Oct 2016. I called the office and wanted to know why they were continuing the service they never called back. They have rid my yard of ground bees (those bites hurt), eliminated all wasp nests and stopped the ants from coming into the house. The techs are professional and prompt. I would highly recommend them.
