They burnt my hair. Now I have heat damage. Will never go back there again.

took my kids yesterday - 6 yo girl and 8 yo boy. nothing fancy...pretty straight forward. didn't even wet my daughters hair before cutting. She styled it nicely but only cut about 1/2 inch of the dead ends off. My son's hair is a mess. It was just over grown before and need to be retouched. It is a mess now. It looks like someone went over it with a lawn mower. I'd go back to have it fixed but am afraid of what they'd do. DO NOT GO HERE.
Girl was nice, but that was about it... She didn't seem confident in what she was doing... she kept questioning everything I asked her to do in response to her questions... and then it ended up... not so nice. Go to the location in Lewisville instead. Have gone there plenty of times and they always give great haircuts. This location... ehh... I didn't even ask for anything complicated!
