I would have liked to give no stars but that wasn't an option. I got a simple fade from there and my hair is jacked up very displeased with service that was provided. It was a simple fade that couldnt be done and has ruined my hair. Now I get to walk around looking dumb and when someone asks me where I got it from I will say Master cuts in the mall did it. I hated my experience, I would never go back. Not only was the person I made a appointment with running behind on another client 30 minutes over time so I got in with another stylist she messed my bangs up, the color is NOT at all what I asked for and I don't have any layers. Which what I asked for. I look at my hair everyday sense and just wanna cry! I am so unhappy it looks worse then when I went in.
Took my daughter in yesterday and the left side of her hair is a full inch longer then right. Now I have to get it redone. They need to have better training
Went to get my haircut. I said please take a half of inch off. And just a little bit of layers. I come home to straighten my hair. Because they never straighten it the way I like. Get home. My hair is butchered. It literally looks like I'm a dude almost. Its absolutely horrible.! I've never cried over a haircut in my entire life. But this is so so so horrible looking. My daughters and I got our hair cut the other day, our hair is uneven and a lot of pieces are longer than the rest. My youngest wouldn't be still so one side is shorter than the other plus a 2 in wide chunk in the back is longer the rest. My 5 yr old sat pretty still but she has pieces that are longer, one side is longer in the front and her sides are shorter than the back of her hair. Milinda cut my hair today and did a phenomenal job I'll definitely be back
The cut was great but the color wasn't. I was suppose to get all over color plus highlights. Needless to say you can still see grey at the top of my head. I called not long after I left and was told to come back by. I went back to the salon and the girl was busy with a customer. She said she could call me when she could squeeze me in later. Paid over $100 for wash,cut,all over color and highlights and am not happy at all. She didn't even stop to look at my hair. Basically blew me off so I left.
My hair was down to my tailbone and asked for a tapered cut and the young girl said she couldn't do it. She cut it anyway and my dog could of done a better job. All i wanted was some bangs to my chin and tapered off into the rest of my hair. NOT!!! I did get bangs but it ends there and the back looks like she took a weedeater to it. Cut makes no sense!!!!
