The cut and color were fantastic, but I had an appointment and had to wait 30-45 minutes after my scheduled appointment before getting seen. Otherwise I'm very happy!!
do not recommend this place at all it is terrible. they never do anything right. went to get my hair colored awhile ago asked for brown and they gave me black also cut it shorter than asked. went today and they said that they couldn't color my hair because there were only two of them meanwhile they were sitting around doing nothing. this is the third time that they couldn't do my hair. i have a gift card for there from christmas and still haven't been able to get my hair done.
Wife and Mother in law took my daughter to get her hair cut, told them about 2 inches off of the back they took over 3 inches, and it was crooked, like the lady closed her eyes and said F it, and then said "your daughter wasn't exactly sitting perfectly still" SHE IS A 4 YEAR OLD, NO SHIT! You have to work with toddlers and be patient, lost our business, and now have to look at our poor baby's terrible hair cut....
