Horrible experience! Got highlights and cut. The highlights were blotchy, uneven and in some places where over an inch from the root, i left looking like I needed my roots done and I had basically what looked like polka dots at my temples. My husband joked that I looked like I had leopard print hair!! The cut was also horrible, when I got home and started looking at it, there where sections that were an inch longer than others where the stylist simply just did not cut. It was horrible.
