My fiancé walked in for a quick haircut, with it being cherry festival week our normal place was booked. They were prompt, 10 minutes at most to have him in a chair. From there it went horrible, the older black curly haired lady who was cutting his hair began picking on him about his size. She was also very very rough while shaving his head. took my son for just a quick trim. Staff was not very friendly. lady seriously just trimmed bangs and around ears and was quite pricy...my fault for not paying attention to pricing( most places or $13 dollars for a kid cut, this cost $18.50 plus tip) and I could see paying that if it was a full cut but he was in the chair for less than 5 mins. ... and on top of that there are chunks of hair missing behind his ears And they didn't even wash his hair. Will NOT be back.

Took 2 my grandchildren there today worst haircuts I have ever seen they were actually just trims both are uneven and I paid almost $ 40 I will now have to take them somewhere to get them fixed I will never go back there
I came in after work on a Saturday and had an appt at 1pm but Kelci Babieracki happened to go in early that day and took me back early... I decided to have my hair cut and colored and by cut I mean I cut off a little over a foot and she did such and amazing job... I love how nice and outgoing she is and she makes you feel so comfortable... She also cute my 2 boy's hair and I will not see anyone else... I very highly recommend her
Went in and asked for a walk in appointment. The lady said 45 minutes and seemed irritated that I said I wanted to take it. She then asked for my email and I declined to give it to her. She "you don't have an email?" I told her I preferred not to give it out. Then she asked for my phone number. I asked why she needed it and she scoffed and "what, it's not like I'm going to call you" then rolled her eyes. I thanked her for her time and said that I didn't need the appointment anymore.
