Jessica the manager is phenomenal at what she does with color, no complaints at all with the end results there. The problem is that all of her people constantly interrupt her when she is with a client. I understand she is busy as the manager, however at some point you have to push back and let your employees handle things. I had an appointment at 5pm, got there about 4:45pm and didn't get done and pay until 10:16pm. My hair is not that thick and long. They are Under a new manager and she's awesome! The new people she's brought on to their team seem to have plenty experience and it seems they were carefully chosen! Customer service can be challenging at times and ive seen nothing but amazing from this salon! I personally have been going to MasterCuts for about 3 months! By far the only choice for me! Thanks ladies for all your hard work!
Is now under a new manager. The atmosphere is improved, customer service is improving as well as an educated staff.. Come check us out.. Awesome sales for the holidays!!
