Went in for trim and came out with 4 inches off and uneven. heartbroken. took me forever to grow my hair out. please dont go here if you like you're hair. you're gonna leave really sad and disappointed.
My daughter went in for a haircut with a picture asking for 2-3 inches to be cut off and to have the layers added like the picture. When she went in for the cut her hair was past the center of her back. The “stylist” cut almost 7” off her hair, not at all what she asked for and to top it all off she’s getting married in 4 months. Don’t go here if you have a special occasion coming up even if it’s just for a simple trim.
I popped in on Thursday to get a quick eyebrow waxing. I've been having my eyebrows waxed for over 30 years, without issue. Long story short, I left there with extremely red and swollen eyelids and in pain. They suggested I take benedryl. I called the following day to speak to a manager because it was not an allergic reaction, I have a burn. This place is absolutely horrible! They are so unprofessional and the lady who cut my daughters hair was extremely rude and very rough with her. She looked like she didn’t know what she was doing. Before she took my daughter back to wet her hair I told her exactly what she wanted. She didn’t do anything close to what I asked for, even tried to give her bangs and do a completely different hairstyle! I will never ever go back and I will be sure to tell people to stay away from this awful salon!
Jamie is a complete lifesaver! Needed a super last minute haircut for my boyfriend and she gladly hooked him up with one of the best haircuts of his life. We will definitely be back for her every time!
