Absolute horrible. Went in at 3:40 after calling all day to setup appt. Been going for years never a issue till recently. Ladies said they needed 3 hours to do cut and highlights and there was no time for me. They had the time and they said to call next time. If you answered the damn phone (called 20+ times) you wouldn't be getting a bad review and if you wasn't so damn rude. Customer service sucks. The salon on top of everything was empty now I see why.
