I have been going here for a few years. I was there this evening and was so treated very poorly. In the middle of my eyebrow waxing she took a personal phone call. She came back still on the phone, never once apologized for it. A few minutes later she walked away because someone had come in to see her. This is very unprofessional.
When I Went To Mastercuts, Jessica Did Exactly What I Asked For And She Is 0ne 0f The Best Barber's I Have Ever Had Give Me A Haircut. I'd Return To Her To Give Me A Haircut Again. If Anyone Needs A Haircut, Jessica Knows What She Is Doing.
The best. Jessica is amazing. She is the first and only person who who cut my hair exactly the way I have always wanted. The shop is friendly, accommodating, and very professional. Highly recommended.
I had a GREAT experience here today! I'm from out of town and decided to get a cut and some highlights. I was a walk-in and as soon as I went to the counter Sharon came to greet me :) got me all setup and had me in her chair within 15 minutes! Not only did she listen to me about what I was wanting to do but she made me feel right at home! She was SO kind and did an outstanding job on the cut and color! I'll definitely be making the 4 hour drive to see her again! She treated me like family! It was a great experience! ♡
Only like 2 or 3 ladies are nice in there. Most are just not really friendly. They cut hair awesome! Maybe they need more $$$$ they work hard with so many customers, because I know I can be an ahol, sorry to say but they're always in a mood
So it's 3/23/2017. I just spent 30 minutes waiting seated, and quite. With two clients getting haircuts. The staff didn't even bother to acknowledge my existence. Then 4 walk in customers stoped in. All were greeted . One that came in as a walk in was seated before me. I'm impressed with your customer service. I'm now siting at great clips. With smiling happy staff saying hi as I walked in the door.
After going here to get my hair done.. I left with nothing done, the lady didn't even wash or shampoo my hair just cut. I paid 16 dollars for her to just snip and cut every which way and not do anything to my hair. That's not even the worst part when my fiancé went up to get his hair done while I was getting my done, the lady at the cash register ignored him and didn't even ask him if he needed him she was quick to help the people behind him but not in front.
