Horrible customer service. I waited 45 minutes as a regular customer and was told to wait a sit with no chairs available. I will never give this merchant my business again!

I was referred from someone I met that had a very cute cut. I took my Mom and we both got stye by Emon. She took her time and did a great job. I will be using her from now on!
I was not happy with a recent visit to Master Cuts in Citadel Mall and the price surprise received at the end of the service. A large sign over the front desk lists $15.95 for adult cuts, and no where else is there a price list or any mention of "cuts only". When the stylist asked my daughter if she wanted wash and dry, that would have been a good time to mention that it was an additional cost.
