MasterCuts at Citadel Mall did a great job on my nephew Curt’s hair. He needed it cut for picture day at Springfield and I needed it done fast. The big boned black lady Delores worked him right in and let her fingers do magic on the blessed youngin’s hair. She said this was her first time cutting white people hair but I truly thing she did a professional job!

I could have done a better job with a weed eater. Seriously, this is bad. Both my kids had their hair cut and they both look horrible. My daughters hair is about 3 inches shorter on the left side and my son's hairline is more crooked than a politician. I will never go back. Hopefully some other place can fix my daughter's hair but my son is just screwed till it grows back.
everyone in there is AWESOME. my stylist is Adrian, every time I leave there I am very satisfied... THANKS Mastercuts and THANK YOU ADRIAN for hooking a sister up.
Horrible customer service. I waited 45 minutes as a regular customer and was told to wait a sit with no chairs available. I will never give this merchant my business again!
