I HATE my haircut. I asked for a long bob and I got a short bob that goes to my neck. I called to get my money but they told me since I don't have my receipt they couldn't give my money back. (which I just left 10 mins ago)
I wouldn't even rate her one star, I went to get my hair cut on Friday. It took her 3.5 hours to cut and do 7 highlights. My hair stylist was falling asleep while she was doing my hair!!! She kept saying "sorry I am tired" she had to be high or something. Many times I would look up and her eyes were closed while cutting!!!
