I just got a lot of hair cut off at MasterCuts, and I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews... They were AMAZING. The girls were great, and I got a great cut. I was scared to go short with my hair, but my stylist did an amazing job. Thanks Sophie!
Took my fiance to get a simple cut. Even had a picture with us. The lady said no problem. Cut her hair to this Bobby Brady 1970s looK. Terriable job. We told her how bad it was and what was she going to do to make this right. She had no desire to wanna help or feel bad .any thing. Was even laughing. She walked up to my fiance and poked her in the chest. So my fiance pushed her away from her. SHE CALLS THE COPS. LOL we got a Assult charge. Wtf WBPD for ya. I am really disappointed with this place. It's like paying all that money for a cut my 8yr old can do. Smh I had 1 bad experience here and haven't went back now I see someone else had the same experience. Plus the nerve of an employee to poke a customer. Shit I would have beat the employees ass and tore the salon up. Smh does the corporation not monitor the employee by going in and getting cuts occasionally?
