Mastercuts was very professional and gave me amazing service. My stylist's name was Courtney and she went above and beyond to insure that I got the exact cut that I was looking for, and she even added extra layering and effects to make my cut look better than I expected.
Horrible. Went to have hair and eyebrows done, showed her pictures and discussed exactly what I wanted. Which she then completely disregarded and cut about 5 inches more off than we talked about, and didn't even style it close to what I asked for. And then got my eyebrows uneven to boot.
Paid seven bucks to get my hair dried before I left then got home and realized all that was dry was the top layer :(
