Rude, asked for an inch off and they cut 4 inches off. Very unprofessional on the way they talk to you in my opinion. Would listen when I told her I wanted just an inch and she told me she needed to take 4 inches off.
I had to have 6 inches cut out of my hair to fix what master cuts done !!! Burnt the shirt out of it 😖 and never said a word as I'm sorry or nothing. she just chopped it up to try and hide it. you know who you are ! I'm pissed !! I paid you well
