I had MasterCraft put a new Water Heater for me. All technicians were extremely professional! They did an excellent job in determining what needs to be changed to meet the new code, and when they replaced the pipes and the hardware, the entire thing looked very neet, to the point that when the City of Rockville inspector came in to inspect the installation, he barely spent 3 minutes and immediately sticked a green "pass" ticket on the Water Heater! I needed help fixing my furnace and I found Ryan's company in the yellow pages. He arrived on time and figured out why my furnace refused to run. A sensor needed replacing and Ryan completed work and got everything running. It's been over a year and another issue cropped up and I called Mastercraft. Ryan showed up and discovered that the ignitor unit stopped working. He was able to replace it and once again, great service at a great price. I would definitely recommend Mastercraft.
