The service reps called to let us know they were headed our way and it was at the scheduled time. They were very professional and courteous. Explained what they were doing and how it would work. They corrected the problem in a timely manner and provided contact information in the event there were any problems. Left the work location very neat. Great job!!
Master Services did a great job encapsulating our crawl space. Jamie was great looking at it and giving a quote and Collin and his team were very professional and efficient with the job. I would recommend Master Services to anyone.
UPDATE: After this review they happily came and corrected the issues. The guys worked hard, and had to return with a second piece of equipment to finish the job. I wish this would have been done correctly the first time. Had that happen this would have probably been a 5 ⭐ review. Anyway thank you for coming out and fixing the problem. I would go no stars if I could review that. We had a pump system put in our garage. Glad we went with Master services for the crawlspace work. They truly transformed the space. They were professional, prompt with communication and punctuality. Have lived here over 20 yrs and have never crawled under there. Now I can without a fully encapsulated suit.
Leon was super professional and attentive. He definitely went above and beyond to help us find our issue, explain how the system works, and was very neat and organized. Highly recommend!
