I had a big water abatement job done in my basement 8 years ago and have been very pleased with how well the system with the 2 pumps is functioning. My only complaint is the escalating cost of the required yearly maintenance visit, which was $119. No one told me the charge would continually increase and that an additional charge for a second pump would be added in the future. The cost for my inspection this month is $169 plus $30 for the second pump, and a fee for using a credit card. Just a heads up for those on a fixed inc... read more
