I am very disappointed with the service my 77-year-old aunt and I received at your salon. I brought my aunt in for her very first acrylic nails. Because of her age, her hands are stiff, but instead of being patient, the nail technician became rude and raised his voice at her. While I was getting my nails done, I walked over to check if my aunt was okay. I’m writing this as I receive my pedicure…my pedicure feels very rushed, I paid extra for a massage and hot stoneS… the massage was her rubbing lotion into my leg and the stone was warm.. it was only 1 stone and she barely used it on me. My toes do not feel clean. It looks rushed and it feels rushed, I’m so upset I have to spend my money here. I’m not satisfied with my service at all. I’m telling her to clean my toes up some more and she caught a attitude, this is unacceptable

DO NOT COME HERE. Set an appointment, they put us in the bowl however 40 mins until they got to us. Water was cold. At the end towel left on my legs while lady starts cleaning so I wipe myself off to go pay. $100 kids gel pedi and my gel pedi with design. They ask you to pay through Zelle. I told the lady I paid left my 20% tip in spite of the delay and ending and a man working follows me out the store to speak loudly about paying then I asked if he received a payment and so many excuses later he tells me "dont act like that... read more
