Fast & friendly, and didn't try to sell us a whole new lock when all it needed was a little lubrication. Even told us what to buy at the hardware store so we could try lubrication ourselves in the future, and possibly avoid having to call a locksmith for the same problem, if it happened again.
Daniel was able to answer my questions and provided guidance on what to do. While I ended up repairing the problem myself, I would definitely contact him for any needs in the future.
Response was very quick. Contractor polite and eager. Did not try to repair in a more expensive manner. He took care of the immediate concern w/o adding any work that would result in a huge bill.
It was very easy to get a hold of Danny and he came to fix our locks with very short notice (in a couple of hours). Very good service! Thank you!
