Danny was very friendly and knowledgeable, although his apprentice seemed to do most of the work, Danny kept an eye on him to make sure it was done right. He had very reasonable pricing for re-keying.

I requested an install of a new deadbolt. Danny showed up with an apprentice. My door frame had an outlined area to cut out for the deadbolt. The measurement was not correct. He caused damage to the door frame while attempting to make the cutout lager to accommodate the mistake. Needless to say the deadbolt, is not aligned properly and will not lock if the door is closed. Danny was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful to offer practical solutions that baffled previous locksmiths who had been consulted on the same problems. In addition to the main job he also made some adjustments to the door at no additional cost. Davey was on time for the appointment and proceeded to evaluate what he thought the best approach to solve the problem with the door. We agreed on a price and he started to work resetting the hinges. When he finished the door opened and closed much easier. As I'm planning on having the door frame repainted, he suggested a bit of sanding to make the door function even more efficiently. I was very satisfied with his work and will refer any friend needing locks or door repairs.

The repairman was on time and did an excellent job of fixing a very stubborn door lock. He was persistent and cleaned up the work area afterwards. I would use this service again.
