HE WAS HERE 10 MIN. DID ALITTLE ADJUSTMENT SPRAY SOMETHING AND CHARGED ME 65$ IT DID FIX MY DOOR FOR NOW. BUT FELT RIPPED OFF!!

Client was quoted in advance and had the right of refusal prior to works began, for no charge. The door was fixed as requested and minimum call fee applied.
Danny did a great job with the door, it required an adjustment and lubrication. He didn't try an 'up sell' which I appreciated. I got a call from Danny and he told me there would be no charge to evaluate, and if any work was to be done, he would quote it first and we'd agree to the work or not. Had 2 problems- First, he was a no show and no call. I got a call the next day with an apology and a new appointment. Danny was very polite and knew what the problem was and how to fix it. He also gave me some information about other issues that could arise with my door and locks. Will hire again if I ever need that type of work done.

I had an exterior basement door that dragged when opening and closing. The hinges were not fitting properly and the door frame had shifted, probably due to the age of the house.The screwswould not go far enough into the wall without hitting stone...even using a special drill bit.
