The lock alignment and jamb binding with the door was quickly resolved.
I am so sorry to report that he messed up my door so bad it no longer closes. He used a "hinge wrench" and jacked it when the hinge was not the problem. I had showed him that the wood behind the steel frame had failed, not the hinge. Now the door frame is in much worse shape. I kept telling him "Please, stop!" But he kept on. He was mildly argumentative and quite buligerant. I needed solutions not problems.
Business response:
Customer refused to let us or our insurance pay for replacement of the fault. They rudely forced us out their door. There is no such thing as a hinge wrench. Dealing with drug addicts is difficult at the best of times. The already jerry rigged repair performed by someone else had caused the issues they called us about in the first place.
