The service rep called me right away and came out within 2 hours and was able to make the repair the very next day. I was extremely pleased with his promptness. He was also very professional. Would recommend this company because another company was charging me triple and it took me forever to get somebody to do the repair who knew what they were doing!
Daniel showed-up in a timely fashion for the estimate and the repair. Moreover, he demonstrated problem solving skills and subsequently completed the repair. I recommend his services.
I called on Friday and they can on Monday. They were on time and finished quickly.
Service was excellent
I hired Danny to rekey four deadbolts and 3 doorknobs. When he arrived he realized on sight they were a particular model that required a particular style of key to rekey the lock. He went back to his workshop to get two of these keys and was able to complete the job quickly and at no additional cost for the inconvenience, and at the same time frame as originally estimated.
Exceeded my expectations! This guy really knows his trade and his pricing is fair. I had a door lock without a key and he could still re-key it without having to replace the whole doorknob. I also have a screen door with a lock, and where some locksmiths won't even work on screen doors, he could re-key it--and now it uses the same key as the rest of the doors on the house! Great job!

Danny didn't sell us anything that we did not need only what we needed. I appreciate his honesty and integrity.
He is a very personable person he is very nice I just don't think what he had to do was worth 100 bucks
