He was very polite and personable. He made the necessary adjustment and although I was sure I needed to order new parts, he told me it wasn't necessary and saved me the expense.
Prompt, dependable, and very knowledgeable of pocket doors. Work was quite good but my house has some other issues that unfortunately resulted in a less than perfect result. Only draw back was that I had to do some prep and molding painting work my self when the job was complete as Master Key does not do painting. However I was informed of this going into the project and Master Key was very upfront with me on all aspects of the project. They are a good company and i would recommend them to people with pocket door issues.
He was on time, polite and offered me some additional information so that I would get exactly what I needed from my alarm company. I will definitely hire them again. Thank you.
They were prompt and showed up when he said he would show up. He knew his stuff. I had ordered new handles and he was honest enough to say that we don't need them that he can fix the doors and he did. Made me lock and unlock my doors to his satisfaction so that I knew what to do. Am very, very pleased with the service and cost.
