Danny called me ASAP regarding a exterior door that would not lock and was upfront with the pricing. Scheduled on the next business day and was on time. While here, he fixed 3 other doors having small issues and gave recommendations on ones needing new locks. Will definitely call them back for future needs and highly recommend.
The overall experience was good, I just felt the price was too high.
He was promp, professional, and knowledgeable. We would use his services again.
Danny did quality work. Was very professional and down to earth. I will rate him 5 stars for the value for the money but do not think a service charge should be charged if hired to do job.

The providers that don't, often increase their labor rates and hide the service charge within. If the customer would be happy to pay higher labor fees while having no service/trip/callout fees, I'm sure everyone would do it and the customer would often pay significantly more for their services.
