Danny was very professional and friendly at the same time. He not only gave me the quote and fixed the exterior door and explained his work. He was prompt and upfront about the work and did the work. He came in time took care of it on the same day.
I found myself in a bind, as my elderly father fell and the emergency team had to break in to rescue him. I contacted Home Advisor to repair the broken door frame. Danny of Master Key called and IMMEDIATELY met me, offered a piece of hardware (Strikemaster II) that no one else had, came out, gave me an estimate, ran to Home Despot for some parts, fixed the door for a reasonable price and cleaned up what little mess there was. I hired Master Key Systems America for a non-emgerncy project. Daniel was able to come for an on-site assessment within a business day. Once the project scale was determined, he was able to finish the project within an hour. He is extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly and professional. I would certainly hire him again for future projects and recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith.
We had a fantastic experience with Danny, he re-keyed 7 of our locks when we moved and did a wonderful job.
Danny put our door sweep on so that every time we open that door, it Scratches our oak wooden floor!!! Never would return my calls

Customer was offered multiple alternatives. We attended as requested free of charge. We determined issues, repaired door locking issue at no charge while we investigated replacement parts. Original manufacturer closed 10 years previous and no replacement parts are available. We suggested alternatives but they rejected all. Customer calls at 1130pm one night requiring instant service.
