I hired him to fix crack in frame of door, He took the door off and took the glass out before re-installing, dropped the glass, and put two large scratches in the glass. He told me he would replace the glass and that has been since Aug 15th. I have called him multi times he told me he purchased the new glass but he needs to find where it is at. I called Pella and they told me they could not find the order anywhere in their systems. On 11-15 I called him and he told me he can not do anymore.
We appreciated the quick assessment of our door repair. He ordered the right parts and fixed the door as soon as they arrived. I hope we don't have this problem again, but if we do, it's good to know who to call.
