Had a new pool pump installed and reconfiguration of existing equipment. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Creative design, very clean joints, and optimum use of small space. Friendly and professional service. If I were pressed for a complaint, they were late for appointment. Will highly recommend this company.
We recently switched from our previous spa service company, and after just one visit from the Master Geek Pool & Spa team, we realized how much we had been missing. The difference was immediate, our hot tub has never looked this clean, clear, and well-maintained. Their attention to detail and level of care really stood out, and it gave us so much confidence that we made the right decision. We’re genuinely so happy we made the switch and wish we had done it sooner!
Great pool service . My pool always looks great and they send pictures after they are finished …always prompt and on time.
Terrible. They showed up at our property to give us an estimate but instead tried to bill us $550 for an inspection. Never gave us an actual estimate of work to be completed. Just argued and tried to get us to pay $275 with legal threats. Stay away from this company, way more friendly pool service guys out there. Didn’t know simply meeting someone at a property could lead to someone trying to sue you over $275. Embarrassingly bad customer service and business practice.
