Erik wasted no time in contacting me once he received my online request, and was easily the most prompt in doing so. He came quickly, arrived in the time frame promised, and called me to advise he was 5 minutes away. Erik was clean, courteous, professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Best contractor for the money. The wife was disappointed that they did not put plastic over everything before opening up the floor in the kitchen. They did try to prevent dust by putting a damp towel over the jack-hammer but it wasn't enough. Overall I am very satisfied and Erik was also able to connect me with a flooring contractor to replace my flooring when the job was done.

Master Fix came and replaced my main sewer line. They showed up on time, and worked until the job was complete. Had to make modifications to the line due to the age, but did not change original price. Very timely, friendly, and will use again for service.

After 2 bad experiences with Craigslist (fired one guy for being 4 hours late and the other was a wanted felon trying to steal money) my friend referred me to this site. I ended up hiring Master Fix immediately after firing the other plumber and Erik came out within 2 hours. The job was a little tougher than we anticipated but he improvised and did an amazing job.
