Didn't show up on time. After they promised to show up at 5pm, they didn't show up and didn't call. When I called back, they said they had been tied up to another job. Then next day they were late again.

Erik was awesome - got to the house fast, was made sure the area was cleaned before he left, and was $100 cheaper than two other plumbing companies. He is the best I've come across.
